Join Portland State and community partners for a free, family-friendly event featuring games, music and cultural activities. You can enjoy:

Festival games, including yo-yo fishing, wanage (ring toss), kendama and more
Cultural experiences, including a tea ceremony, aikido, calligraphy, and kimono try-on
Taiko drum performances at 2:30 and 3:30PM
Cosplay contest, where you can bring your favorite character to life

This cultural event is sponsored by PSU’s Japanese section, the Portland chapter of the JET Program Alumni Association (JETAA), and the Association of Teachers of Japanese in Oregon (ATJO).
