Facility Reservations

Campus Rec facilities can be rented by Student Organizations, PSU Departments, and Community Organizations seeking recreation facilities.

This includes indoor spaces such as courts, exercise rooms and the pool for recreation purposes
For classrooms, the field, meeting rooms, or non-recreation spaces, please visit PSU Conference and Events

General Information for reserving space at Campus Rec:

PSU Student Organizations, in which all participants are fee-paying students, can reserve courts and MPRs for a limited number of hours at no cost. Facilities, such as the pool or climbing center, can be reserved for a fee.
- We do not reserve space for individuals or ad-hoc groups of students, instead please just come in and use the space when it is available!
- See hours for information on best times to drop in.
PSU departments, in which participants are faculty/staff (may include students), can reserve recreation spaces at low-cost departmental rates.
ALL reservations and rentals that include minors must occur during Youth Hours. Youth Hours are limited to mornings and weekends during the academic term, and open up to all days/hours during breaks and summer.

Court Availability: courts are typically available from 6am- 2pm on Monday - Thursday, and most hours on Fridays and weekends.
