Fitness On-The-Go
Are you a part of a student organization, department, or team at PSU? Looking for a team-building or bonding activity where you can have fun and be healthy? Fitness On-the-Go aims to fill a growing need exhibited by the PSU community to access private fitness classes and events for a specific group. With very limited open facility space within the Rec Center, Fitness On-the-Go allows for instructors to travel to various spaces across campus and teach Group X classes with ease. This program may also eliminate barriers to Group X participation by bringing Group X classes to a convenient location with familiar faces. Fitness On-the-Go is a great option for group team building, stress management, exercise, and fun!
Opportunities: Class types include: Power Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Bootcamp, Zumba, and HIIT. Special requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be accommodated if possible. Groups must coordinate their own space reservation on campus but suggested locations and reservation instructions can be provided upon request.
Price: $20/class (classes can be 30-60 mins and cost is the same for all group sizes and class lengths)
To get started: Please submit a Fitness On-the-Go Form, and the Group X Student Coordinator will get back to you within two business days. Note: A minimum of two weeks notice is required.
Contact info: If you have additional questions please contact Charlotte Kline, Group X Student Coordinator, at chakline@pdx.edu.
