Join Campus Rec personal trainers for a 4-week small group course (Tuesdays - April 28th, May 5th, May 12th, May 19th from 8:00 am - 9:00 am) designed to help you feel more comfortable and confident in the weight room. This course will teach you how to properly use and adjust machines and equipment to create a challenging workout for each muscle group. We'll focus on proper form for safe and effective exercise and explore specific training principles. This program is open to everyone, regardless of gender identity, and is a great way to build strength and community. Reserve your spot today!
