Fall Creek Falls Day Hike

A hike on the Washington side of the Columbia River Gorge through dense Doug Fir forest, and waterfalls. This is a 6.4 mile loop hike with 1,150 foot elevation gain. We will be stopping midway to have lunch, along with several snack breaks throughout the trip. We will pay special attention on this trip to how water moves and how it interacts with humans, animals, vegetation, and the landscape.

Difficulty Level

Moderate: Moderate physical activity and/or more challenging terrain; some previous experience is helpful, but not required.

Registration Deadline & Pre-Trip Meeting: Sign up in person at the Outdoor Program office located at 505 SW Harrison Street by November 1 at 5 pm.
