Bill holds a B.A. in Anthropology and Urban Geography from the University of California, Santa Barbara, an M.U.P. in Urban Planning and Urban Economics from the University of Oregon, and a Ph.D. in Planning & Economics and Public Policy from Columbia University in New York City. Bill has significant expertise and experience teaching and consulting on climate change and clean energy issues. He currently runs the SBA senior undergraduate required course, BA495, Business Strategy and Capstone Program with professor Melissa Appleyard. He also teaches in the MBA, MSFA, and MIM programs, advising BA525 Capstone Program projects.
