Navigating Futures: Our Top 5 Initiatives 1. Increase engagement with 1:1 career coaching sessions and event attendance. 2. Embed career content into the curriculum. The primary way students would like to engage in career content and meet with employers is in the classroom. 3. Enhance career outcomes for undergraduate and graduate students. We will begin disclosing employment outcome rates for undergraduates, starting with the class of 2023 (tracking is already underway). 4. Provide more tailored support to BIPOC, LGBTQ, First Generation, and other historically underrepresented student communities. 5. Sustain impactful connections between students and employers while promoting job and internship opportunities from our employer partners to elevate hiring rates.
