Amenities include laundry facilities, carpeted floors, furnished units (bed, dresser, desk and chair), and shared bathrooms separated by gender. A community kitchen can be found in the first floor lounge area. Parking is available in several different nearby structures for an additional fee. 142 furnished, single-occupancy units, 117-280 sq.ft. Rooms include a vanity sink, furniture, microwave and mini-fridge. All utilities are included, plus phone and internet. Some ADA apartments are available.
