Blumel Third Floor Plan
All units are furnished one-bedroom units.  The building is L-shaped, with the elevator at the center of the L.  The trash chute is at the far south end.  There are three stairwells: one on each end and one near the middle next to the elevator.  Units 303, 307, 309, 306, 308, 321 are ADA units.  The floor plan indicates that the St. Helens building is at the center of the L shape.  Laundry facilities are available on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th floors.  The building is bordered by SW Mill Street to the North, SW Eleventh Avenue to the East and SW Montgomery street to the South. Odd numbered units ending in 01-15 face outward to the east.  Odd numbered units ending in 21-33 face outward to the north.  Even numbered units ending in 04-14 face inward to the west. Even numbered units ending in 22-32 face inward to the south.
