Ondine
Third Floor Plan
Ondine is bordered by SW Hall Street to the North, SW Sixth Ave to the West (MAX Green/Yellow Rail Line runs on SW Sixth), and SW College Street to the south.  Stairs are located on the north and south ends of the building.  Laundry facilities are on 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, and 14th floors, just north of the south stairwell.  Elevators are on the east side of the building, just north of the stairwell (and laundry on floors with laundry rooms).  
Victor's Dining and Convenience store are located on the first floor.
All units on the third floor are studios with private bathrooms with standing shower (no kitchen).  

Ondine Fourth Floor Plan
All rooms on this floor are studios with private bathrooms with standing shower (no kitchen).  No Laundry facilities on this floor.  

Ondine Fifth Floor Plan
All rooms on this floor are studios with private bathrooms with standing shower (no kitchen).  This floor has a laundry room.

Ondine Sixth Floor Plan
All rooms on this floor are studios with private bathrooms with standing shower (no kitchen).  No Laundry facilities on this floor.  

Ondine Seventh Floor Plan
All rooms on this floor are studios.  The bathroom with standing shower is larger than on the lower floors, and is shared with the adjoining unit.  (701 and 702 share, 703 and 704 share, 705 and 706 share, and so on).  No kitchens.  This floor has a laundry room.

Ondine Eighth Floor Plan
All rooms on this floor are studios.  The bathroom with standing shower is larger than the ones on floors 3-6, and is shared with the adjoining unit.  (801 and 802 share, 803 and 804 share, 805 and 806 share, and so on).  No kitchens.  This floor does not have a laundry room.  

Ondine Ninth Floor Plan
All rooms on this floor are studios.  The bathroom with standing shower is larger than the ones on floors 3-6, and is shared with the adjoining unit.  (901 and 902 share, 903 and 904 share, 905 and 906 share, and so on).  No kitchens.  This floor has a laundry room.

All rooms on this floor are studio suites.  They have bathroom with standing shower and kitchenette with oven/range and mini-fridge.
