Broadway third floor plan
Broadway is "L" shaped with a Lounge at the crux of the "L."  The lounges are shared by two floors and are located on the odd floors, so residents on the fourth floor would use the third floor lounge (sixth would use fifth, eighth would use seventh, and so on).  Elevators are located near the crux of the building's "L" shape.  Broadway is bordered by Sixth Avenue to the east and SW Broadway to the west. Trash, recycling, and laundry are located at the north tip of the "L." There are also exit only stairs on this end.  The other set of stairs is behind the elevator to the east. Units 351 and 372 are ADA units.     

Fourth floor plan
Same as third floor plan.  ADA units are 472 and 451.

Fifth floor plan
Same as third floor plan.  ADA units are 572 and 551.

Sixth floor plan
Same as third floor plan.  ADA units are 672 and 651.

Seventh floor plan
Same as third floor plan.  ADA units are 772 and 751.

Eighth floor plan
Same as third floor plan.  ADA units are 872 and 851.  

Ninth floor plan
Same as third floor plan.  ADA units are 972 and 951.  

Tenth floor plan
Same as third floor plan.  ADA units are 1072 and 1051.
