Epler faces North.  It is bordered by SW Montgomery Street to the North and SW Twelfth Avenue to the East.  There is a bike room on the first floor.  Laundry facilities are located on the 3rd, 5th, and 6th floors in the unit ending in 27.  The building has an elevator opposite the main north entrance.  There are stairwells at the north and south ends of the building on the east side.
