Dining Options for Upperclassmen and Transfer Students

Did you know meal plans are available for everyone? Our mission is to make dining on campus a complementary experience to attending classes. With that in mind, PSU Eats has designed several voluntary meal plans centered on providing PSU students a great value while dining on campus that focuses on healthy, convenient and on-the-go dining solutions.

Residential Meal Plans

Residential Meal Plans guarantees a certain amount of meals per week at Victor’s Dining Center, an all-you-care-to-eat facility. Dining Dollars included with the plan can be used at ay PSU Eats locations for the occasional latte or late night snack. Guest passes are also included and can be used to treat visiting friends or family members.

Block Meal Plans

Block meal plans allows students to enjoy meals at the all-you-care-to-eat Dining Center and within the newly renovated Smith Student Memorial Union as a meal exchange at Simply Puur, (503)Burger, PDX Local and the all-new Smith’s Place featuring local favorites Stumptown Coffee, Steven Smith Tea Maker, Roman Candle and Salt & Straw. For additional retail power, the plans also include dining dollars that can be used at all seven PSU Eats dining locations.

Flex Plans

For ultimate flexibility, three levels of flex-dollar plans are offered. All provide great value with 10 percent bonus dollars. Flex dollars are used just like a debit card at any PSU Eats locations.

Both Block and Flex Plans includes additional incentives like a membership card for exclusive discounts all year long, PSU coffee travel mug and PSU merchandise!

To learn more or purchase a voluntary meal plan, simply visit the ‘meal plan tab’ on dineoncampus.com/PSU.

Victor's at Ondine offers fresh, all you care to eat meals in the residential restaurant. It's also open to students, faculty and staff who don't live on campus. Smith's Kitchen and Smith's Place are located on the first floor of the Student Union. There will also be handcrafted sandwiches from Butcher and Baker as well as an assortment of made to order food!

Walk in, bike up and chill out at The Meetro located along the scenic tree-covered walkway alongside King Residence Hall. The Meetro is a culinary celebration of all things Portland, featuring locally baked pastries, cravable savory snacks, decadent sweet treats and of course Stumptown Coffee.

Perfectly located in the Miller Library, Branford's Bean is the spot to recharge during a busy study session with a handcrafted Stumptown Coffee or to simply grab a portable On The Go sandwich, salad or parfait along your way to class.
