There is no charge for 99% of work orders.  We do not charge for normal wear and tear to a building or unit.  
 
Work Orders are generally responded to within 48 hours and between 10:00am - 4:00pm, Monday-Friday. In most cases, you do not need to be present when Maintenance staff visits your room to make repairs, but you must ensure the affected area is cleared as much as possible of your personal belongings to provide room for staff to work.

If you have a maintenance issue that needs an immediate response, such as a leaking pipe or the heat isn't working in the building, please call the Housing Office (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm) at 503-725-4375 or your RA On-call during the evening or weekend.

Internet or Cable TV

If you have an issue with internet or cable TV, please contact the Office of Information Technology Help Desk at 503-725-HELP or help@pdx.edu. You can also reach their online PSU Help Center to request services or find answers to technology-related questions.

Residents of Ondine and Broadway 


The Coin Meter kiosk located near the entryway on the first floor of Ondine is available 24-hours a day for Ondine residents, and it has been made accessible for residents of Broadway, as well. This kiosk can be used to add money to your card, or to buy a new card.

Broadway residents also may access the Coin Meter code box on the second floor of Broadway. The code box adds money to the laundry card using a revalue code, which is purchased online.

Residents of all Other Buildings


The Coin Meter kiosk located in the lobby on the first floor of Montgomery will be available for you 24-hours a day. (Note: if you are not a Montgomery resident, you will need to enter the building from the courtyard.) This kiosk can be used to add money to your card, or to buy a new card. 

Blumel residents also have the option of using the Coin Meter code box on the first floor. The code box adds money to the laundry card using a revalue code, which is purchased online.
