Maintenance

University Housing and Residence Life staff includes a skilled and dedicated maintenance crew. If you have a maintenance issue in your room or a common area, please submit a Maintenance Work Order by logging in and following the prompts. 

Work Orders are generally responded to between 10:00am - 4:00pm, Monday-Friday.  Staff respond on the weekends during certain times of the year.

If you have a maintenance issue that needs an immediate response, such as a leaking pipe or the heat isn't working in the building, please call the Housing Office (M-F, 9am -5pm) at 503.725.4375 or your RA On call during the evening or weekend.

If you have an issue with internet or cable TV, please direct those work orders to the Office of Information Technology Help Desk at 503.725.HELP or help@pdx.edu.

Work Orders are typically completed within 48 hours. In most cases, you do not need to be present when Maintenance staff visits your room to make repairs, but you must ensure the affected area is cleared as much as possible of your personal belongings to provide room for staff to work.
