Conference Group housing will be available from June 18th - September 5th for Summer 2026

Broadway Hall and Ondine Hall will house all of our summer guests. Our conference units are furnished studios. Each unit is furnished with 2 beds (XL twin), desks, chairs, and dressers. All of our units have private bathrooms. Each building features cooling systems in the hallways and common areas. Individual rooms are not air-conditioned, however they do come equipped with fans..

Our buildings are ADA accessible and we also have ADA units available. Our ADA units have roll-in showers, movable shower handles, and shower benches. If any guest requires accommodations, please reach out to us.

7 night minimum stay

Broadway Hall	$80 per night
Ondine Hall	$67 per night

Linen Pack Rates: $65 per linen pack.

Linen Pack includes: flat sheet and fitted sheet, pillow w/case, blanket, body towel, hand towel, bath mat, washcloth.

Broadway Hall - Studio

Room Rate: $80 per night.

Linen Pack Rates: $65 per linen pack.

7 night minimum stay is required.

Broadway Studios are single or double occupancy with kitchenette (stove and mini fridge) and standing shower

Broadway units feature a kitchenette. Each kitchenette has a sink, double-burner cooktop, and mini-fridge. Guests will need to provide their own cooking and cleaning supplies.

Ondine Hall features two room set-ups, Studios and Studio Suites.

Studios have private bathrooms.
Studio Suites are two rooms connected by a bathroom (each room is priced individually).
There are a very limited number of studio-suites with kitchens available. Groups with meal plans will be placed in rooms without kitchens.
