Transfer & Continuing Student Housing Options
At Portland State, we have more transfer, continuing, and graduate students living on campus than first year students. Our apartment style living compliments your needs, with in-unit kitchens and private bathrooms in most units. Live with us for the academic year, summer, or both. In addition to being convenient, living on campus is a great way to get additional academic support and to get to know Portland and your fellow PSU students.
Term rates are billed to your student account at the beginning of each term (monthly payment plan available) and include electric, water, gas, trash, and high-speed internet. We do not require meal plans for anyone living on campus as a sophomore or beyond. Voluntary meal plans are available.
