Transfer & Continuing Student Room Types

Transfer students, continuing residents, and graduate students may choose from a wide variety of unit types in all eight of our buildings. Rates include all utilities and high-speed wifi.

Furnished Options

Funished Sleepers have private sink, microwave, mini fridge; showers and bathroom shared with floormates

Furnished Sleeper

Montgomery

Shared community kitchen and shared community bathrooms. ~105-205 square feet. Private sink in all units. Mini-fridge and microwave provided. Open summer.

Includes a shared suite-style kitchen (stove/oven and mini-fridge) and bathroom (shower only). Unit occupancy of one to two students; suite occupancy of three to four students. Floor plan shows two units, which make up a suite.  Assigned to like genders only.  250 square feet. Closed summer.

Broadway Studios are single or double occupancy with kitchenette (stove and mini fridge) and standing shower

Furnished Studio

Broadway and Stephen Epler

Includes private bathroom (shower only) and private kitchenette with mini fridge. Broadway has range only; Epler has oven and range. 290 square feet. Broadway is closed in summer.  Epler is open in summer; FYE communities closed in summer.
