Civil and environmental engineering students are creative and determined future engineers, unafraid to think critically and compassionately about the engineer's role in the betterment of our world. Our students are dedicated to finding new methods of purifying waste water by working in concert with earth's resources; to stabilizing soils and foundations and building safe and durable structures in preparation for extreme events; and to designing and analyzing interconnected transportation networks to better serve our diverse communities.
