This building is located at the intersection of Tenth and Market, just north of Science Building 1. The three-story structure was built in 1927 and contains 31 rooms. Located on the western edge of campus, Stratford is popular, in part due to it's close proximity to the streetcar and easy access to the grocery store.

Amenities include: laundry facilities, hardwood floors, range/oven, refrigerator. Parking spaces (for an additional fee) are available in several structures nearby; more information is available from the Transportation & Parking Student Parking page.
All utilities are included in the cost of housing, including: High speed wireless internet, electricity, water, sewer, trash and telephone land line. Stratford is not cable ready. Since Stratford has hardwood floors residents are allowed to have cats as pets, please refer to the Housing Handbook for guidelines. Residents bring their own furniture to these unfurnished apartments. First year students are not eligible to live in this building, all Stratford residents are over the age of 21.
