Furnished units have recently remodeled bathroom with tub and shower.  Unfurnished units have bathtub only (no shower). Wireless internet only. Laundry room in basement. 
  • Summer: Quad units are closed in summer.  Unfurnished units are generally available through summer for residents occupying an unfurnished unit in spring.  We do not make new assignments for unfurnished units in summer.
