The Parkway
Built in 1932 and acquired by PSU in 1969, the Parkway is a five-story student residence consisting of 40,500 sq. ft.
This historic building is in an ideal location for getting around. Located on the north end of the South Park Blocks, Parkway Manor is right on the streetcar line.
Amenities include: laundry facilities, hardwood floors, range/oven, refrigerator, parking (for an additional fee). Parking permit information is available from the Transportation & Parking Student Parking page. Students over the age of 21 are eligible for Parkway Manor.
Cable is available on the 2nd through 5th floors only, for an additional fee. Contact the local cable provider for more information. All utilities, plus phone and internet, are included.

- 13 unfurnished sleepers, 143-160 sq.ft, single room, community bath/shower and kitchen.
- 10 unfurnished studios, 380 sq.ft., kitchen, bath (tub only)
- 24 unfurnished one-bedrooms units, 542-592 sq.ft., kitchen, bath (tub only), living room, bedroom.
- 7 unfurnished two-bedroom units, reserved for families with children, 878-920 sq.ft, kitchen, bath (tub only), living room.
