Montgomery Court was constructed in two phases between 1916 and 1925. It has four stories and a basement; gross square footage is 43,320 square feet.
This lovely historic building was designed by distinguished Portland architect A.E. Doyle in 1916. With four stories and colorful garden views, Montgomery Court offers furnished single resident rooms and roomy lounging space for groups to get together.
Amenities include laundry facilities, carpeted floors, furnished units (bed, dresser, desk and chair), and shared bathrooms separated by gender. A brand-new community kitchen can be found in the first floor lounge area. Parking is available in several different nearby structures for an additional fee. Parking permit information available on the Transportation and Parking Student Parking page. All non-first year students are eligible to live in Montgomery Court.
143 furnished, single-occupancy units, 117-280 sq.ft. Rooms include a vanity sink, furniture, microwave and mini-fridge. All utilities are included, plus phone and internet. Some ADA apartments are available.
