Stephen E. Epler Hall


Built in 2003, Epler Hall is one of the newest additions to Portland State University's on-campus housing.

Each of the modern studio apartments has large windows, built-in appliances and bicycle storage. We've put a modern and revolutionary focus on sustainability, making this an ideal choice for many. The Global Village Program takes place on the top floor of the hall.

Amenities include: laundry facilities, carpeted floors, range/oven, small refrigerator, and parking. Parking permit information is available from the Transportation & Parking Student Parking Page. All utilities, plus phone, internet, and cable are included. All students are eligible for the Global Village and Russian Immersion Living Learning Communities (LLC), housed on the 6th and 5th floors, respectively. All non-first year students are eliglible to live on all non-LLC floors, both furnished and unfurnished.

104 290 sq.ft. furnished and unfurnished units, a majority of which are double occupancy, with private kitchenette and bath.
