Interested in strength training but not sure where to start? Join Campus Rec’s certified Personal Trainers for a guided introduction to various equipment and spaces in the Rec Center weight room (3rd floor) and functional fitness area (4th floor). Attendees can expect to learn what equipment we have, how to use it, relevant policies and etiquette, sample exercises, and general workout routines. Trainers will instruct you on various movements so come wearing comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes. Drop in anytime during the event. Meet at the member services desk. Come build your confidence in the gym!
