The application fees for undergraduate, postbaccalaureate, and graduate applications are non-refundable, except in for in the following circumstances:
- A matriculated student submitted an undergraduate or graduate application and paid the application fee.
- An undergraduate or graduate student was charged the application fee in error or because of a third party application provider error.
- An undergraduate or graduate student submitted multiple applications for the same term and paid the application fee for more than one of these applications.
- The graduate or undergraduate program the student indicated on their application is eliminated or placed on moratorium after the application fee has been paid and the student has not matriculated.
- A graduate F-1 student applied for a certificate program by mistake and paid the fee.
- A student who does not have a bachelor’s degree applied for a graduate program.
- A graduate applicant requests to cancel their application before a decision has been made.
- A graduate applicant paid the fee and the program requested to waive their fee.
Application fee refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the relevant admissions department and are not guaranteed.
