General Information:

Wetsuits or rash guards are strongly recommended. The pool is chilly for young children. Wetsuits will allow the child to stay comfortable in the water longer and participate fully in the class.

Children under 2 years old, or who have not been potty trained for more than 6 months must wear approved swim diapers in the pool.  Approved swim diapers do NOT include "Little Swimmers" or similar diapers.  Plastic pants or reusable swim diapers are acceptable.  These can be purchased at the Member Services desk for $10.

All youth wanting to swim apart from his/her parents or in the deep end of the pool will be required to successfully complete a 25 yard swim test.  Youth will swim from the deep end of the pool to the shallow end using a swim stroke (i.e. not doggie paddle) and without touching the bottom of the pool.
