Campus Rec provides a flexible fitness program that is especially convenient for Portland State students: both residents and commuters who want to exercise on their own schedule.
The Cardio Circuit Room and the Weight Room are open to students to use free of charge. Check the Campus Rec web-site for open hours.
GroupX are group fitness classes that are fun, challenging and appropriate for all fitness levels. By purchasing a fit-pass at a nominal fee participants will be able to pick and choose from a variety of classes that are offered from our drop-in program.
Personal Training with a certified personal trainer at reasonable rates -- not those crazy rates you'll find at private gyms.
