Campus Rec provides a flexible fitness program that is especially convenient for Portland State students: both residents and commuters who want to exercise on their own schedule.

  • The Cardio Circuit Room and the Weight Room are open to students to use free of charge. Check the Campus Rec web-site for open hours.
  • GroupX are group fitness classes that are fun, challenging and appropriate for all fitness levels. By purchasing a fit-pass at a nominal fee participants will be able to pick and choose from a variety of classes that are offered from our drop-in program.
  • Personal Training with a certified personal trainer at reasonable rates -- not those crazy rates you'll find at private gyms.
