What are Sponsorship Requests?

The Residence Hall Association has an allotted programming budget throughout each quarter. This funding source is reserved for student leaders and staff within University Housing & Residence Life. To request money, the General Assembly requires applicants to complete a program proposal on StarRez Web prior to their event. 

It is important to explain to General Assembly how the entire campus housing community will benefit. Since the programming budget is derived from University Housing & Residence Life residents, all RHA programs should be inclusive and marketed to large amounts of the on-campus population.  

Sponsorship Applications must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the GA you want to present at.  GA times and locations can be found on our home page by looking at our calendar.
