Transfer & Continuing Student Room Types

Transfer students, continuing residents, and graduate students may choose from a wide variety of unit types in all six of our buildings. All units are furnished. Rates include all utilities and high-speed wifi.

Room Types:

Studio Suite

Ondine

Includes a shared suite-style kitchen (stove/oven and mini-fridge) and bathroom (shower only). Unit occupancy of one to two students; suite occupancy of three to four students. Floor plan shows two units, which make up a suite. Assigned to like genders only. 250 square feet. Summer units available.

Broadway and Stephen Epler

Includes private bathroom (shower only) and private kitchenette with mini fridge. Unit occupancy of one to two students. Broadway has range only; Epler has oven and range. 290 square feet. Broadway and Epler are open in summer; FYE communities closed in summer.

One-Bedroom

Blumel

True apartment-style living. Unit occupancy of one to two students. Includes full modern kitchen with full-size stainless refrigerator and oven. The private bathroom has bathtub and shower. 575 square feet. Open summer.

1-Bedroom Video Tour

Montgomery

Shared community kitchen and shared community bathrooms. ~105-205 square feet. Single occupancy units only. Private sink in all units. Mini-fridge and microwave provided. No new housing assignments will be made in Montgomery starting Spring Term 2026, and the building will be closed starting Summer 2026.
