We offer a variety of services and amenities to our guests. Click the links below for more information.

Linen Packs are available as an optional addition. Packs include a flat sheet, fitted sheet, pillow with case, blanket, body towel, hand towel, bath mat, and washcloth.

Linen Pack Rates :

  • Intern and Visiting Scholars 
    • $54 one-time fee (per person), no exchanges
  • Conference and Group Housing
    • Two Options:
      • $54 one-time fee (per person), no exchanges
      • $12 per night (per person), 2 exchanges per week.

    On-Campus Dining

    On-campus meals may be arranged by request from a group or individual.  All on-campus meals are served in Victor's Dining Hall located in the lobby of Ondine Hall.  Victor's is all-you-care-to-eat with an ever-changing menu that includes vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options during all meal periods.  Guests with specific food allergies are encouraged to reach out ahead of their stay to discuss their dietary needs.  

    Dining Schedule

    • Monday - Friday: Breakfast 7:00am - 9:00am, Lunch 11:00am - 1:00pm, Dinner 5:00pm - 7:00pm
    • Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: Brunch 11:00am - 1:00pm, Dinner 5:00pm - 7:00pm

    Meal costs are separate from the cost of lodging. Individual Meals and Meal Plans are available.

    Classrooms

    Classrooms are not available to groups larger than 25 people. Ondine Hall features five high-tech classrooms and a large multi-purpose room. All classrooms come with a video projector, computer podium, built in speakers and a white board. Conference groups may reserve these rooms for their meetings or activities. Reservations for the classrooms are on a first come- first served basis. If you require additional A/V equipment, it must be requested in advance.

    Classroom reservation costs are separate from the cost of lodging.

    Parking

    Guests may purchase long-term parking passes in advance of their check-in. Guests who are looking to purchase short-term parking or daily passes are encouraged to use the Parking Kitty app or visit the Transportation and Parking Services kiosks.

    Public Transportation

    Portland has excellent and reliable public transportation. For transit maps of the Portland area, visit PSU’s Transportation & Parking Office located on the corner of 6th Ave & Harrison St. For more information, please visit TriMet or Portland Streetcar.     Desk Services

    The Summer Housing and Conferences Desk is open from 8:00am - 5:00pm daily, including weekends and holidays. Conference staff are available to assist with check-in, check-out, lock-outs, linens, and general information. 5:00pm - 8:00am on-call staff will be available to assist with after hours lock-outs and emergencies.

    Building Access & Security

    Portland State buildings are closed to the public. At check-in, each guest will be issued a room key and access badge. Broadway Hall and Ondine Hall are secure buildings. Our exterior doors and elevators are card access only. Tips: Lock your room doors, take your personal belongings with you when you are in public spaces, and travel with a friend while exploring the city.

    All guests will have access to PSU’s secure guest wifi network while they are on campus. If you have issues connecting, you may call the OIT Help Desk (503) 725-HELP.

    Laundry Cards & Machines

    Laundry machines are located in every building. All guests can download the laundry payment app, Clean Pay (PDF). You will be able to load money into the app, and use it to start the machines. Guests who do not want to use the app can purchase and load a laundry card in the Ondine lobby. If you experience problems with the kiosk, Clean Pay app, or machines, contact Coin Meter.     Housekeeping

    Housekeeping in rooms is not provided. Our custodians are cleaning high traffic areas. Each room is thoroughly cleaned prior to the arrival of each guest. Long-term guests are encouraged to purchase their own cleaning supplies. Trash bags and toilet paper are available at the Summer Housing and Conferences Desk.

    Mailboxes

    Mail

    Long-term guest will be able to receive mail while they are staying on campus. All letter mail and packages will be routed through the Montgomery Service Desk. When a package or letter is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email with directions for pick-up. Please direct all mail to the following address:

    (Note: Carrier services may alert you through an app, text, or email that your package has been delivered. Montgomery Service Desk staff will need to log packages and letters into their system before it will be available for pick-up).

    Recreation Center

    Access to the Rec Center is included for Summer Housing and Conferences guests this summer 2022.

    Prior to arriving at the Rec Center, guests should fill out a liability waiver and review the Campus Rec Policy Handbook.

    Guests who are age 17 & under MUST be accompanied by an adult host at all times. Guests will need to provide a government issued ID and their Conference Access Badge to the Rec Center staff prior to entry.

    Youth and Adult Groups should contact shc@pdx.edu if they wish to utilize the Rec Center for a group activity or event.
