Maintenance

University Housing and Residence Life staff includes a skilled and dedicated maintenance crew. If you have a maintenance issue in your room or a common area, please submit a Maintenance Work Order by logging in and following the prompts. If you require assistance, contact the University Housing Office or your Resident Assistant.

Work Orders are typically completed within 48 hours. In most cases, you do not need to be present when Maintenance staff visits your room to make repairs, but you must ensure the affected area is cleared as much as possible of your personal belongings to provide room for staff to work.
