Work Orders

For maintenance issues in your room or a common area, you can submit a Work Order via the Housing Portal. There is no charge for 99% of work orders.  We do not charge for normal wear and tear to a building or unit.  

Work Orders are generally responded to within 48 hours and between 10:00am - 4:00pm, Monday-Friday. In most cases, you do not need to be present when Maintenance staff visits your room to make repairs, but you must ensure the affected area is cleared as much as possible of your personal belongings to provide room for staff to work.

If you have a maintenance issue that needs an immediate response, such as a leaking pipe or the heat isn't working in the building, please call the Housing Office (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm) at 503-725-4375 or your RA On-call during the evening or weekend.

Laundry

Laundry Cards

All residents can download the payment app, Clean Pay [PDF]. You will be able to load money into the app, and use it to start the machines. Students who do not want to use the app can purchase and load a laundry card in the Ondine lobby. 

Laundry Machines
