Student Success Programs

The FUTURES initiative is designed to prepare our diverse community of students to design a more resilient, equitable, and sustainable future. With a range of specialized clusters, we’re committed to nurturing talent, promoting inclusivity, and providing transformative experiences for our students.

The McNair Scholars Program works with undergraduates who are first-generation and low-income and want to pursue graduate studies. McNair scholars conduct research under the supervision of faculty mentors to become competitive candidates for doctoral programs.

TRIO Student Support Services (TSSS) is a college retention and graduation program for undergraduate students, which helps them develop the academic skills and personal development necessary to successfully pursue and complete their first Bachelor's degree.

The Multicultural Student Services (MSS) Program in the Multicultural Retention Services department offers general academic support to students who are first-generation, low-income and from diverse and multicultural backgrounds.
