Criminology & Criminal Justice explores the causes, prevention, and control of criminal behavior and the promotion of efficiency, effectiveness, and equity at all levels of the criminal justice system.

The Department of Politics and Global Affairs is dedicated to understanding the nature of power and governance, and to addressing global concerns such as social justice, human rights, war and peace, development, environmental protection, inequality, health, labor rights and poverty alleviation.
