SSW Strategic Plan 2023–2025

In 2022, the School of Social Work initiated a 3-year strategic planning process. The purpose of the process was:

  • To clarify our shared values;
  • To clarify the tangible practices and strategic investments that flow from those values; and;
  • To implement changes and measure desired outcomes. We entered into this process hoping to emerge on the other side a stronger and more cohesive community, united in our commitments to one another and to our many stakeholders.

With the assistance of strategy consulting firm Coraggio Group — and feedback from faculty, staff, students, and community stakeholders — our planning committee composed this following strategic plan.
