Support the School of Social Work

For more than 50 years Portland State University's School of Social Work has been a leader in the training of graduate and undergraduate social workers in the State of Oregon. To this day, it remains the only public institution in the state awarding undergraduate degrees in social work.  Students in our programs come from diverse backgrounds, representing a spectrum of cultures and life experiences. That diversity enriches the classroom and creates a learning community where our students grow and learn in an intellectually—stimulating and culturally—responsive environment.
