The Portland State Rose Choir, Thorn Choir & Chamber Choir present their eclectic mix of Classical greats by Bruckner and Monteverdi alongside modern masterworks by Eriks Esenvalds and James Eakin (the world premiere of his Falling Stars accompanied by images from the James Webb space telescope), as well as world music from India and Africa. And of course highlights from Carl Orff's world-famous Carmina Burana as a preview to our full production with The Oregon Symphony in February.
