Welcome, Parents!

In order to speak with a representative regarding your student's account, according to federal law you must have a FERPA on file and be able to provide the correct password.

As your student makes their way through university, we hope you'll stay connected with our office and allow us to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding student finance.

Important Information Regarding Student Privacy:
In order for a student's account information to be released to anyone besides the student themselves, a consent form known as the FERPA is needed on the account. The FERPA involves a student granting express permission, in writing, to the university to discuss certain information with specified parties, including parents/guardians.

A student can fill out the FERPA form at the Office of the Registrar and will need to provide a government-issued form of ID.
