View Your Billing Statement
Your billing statement is a snapshot of your account at the time the statement is generated. Payments made or charges incurred after the statements are generated will be captured on the next statement if the account still has an unpaid balance. A summary of the previous account balance, new charges, payments received, anticipated aid, refunds paid, and the resulting amount due are printed at the top of the bill, followed by an itemized view of the account in detail. A customizable, on-demand account summary or fee verification (see below) on official PSU stationery can be requested on a term basis.
- Log in to myPSU.
- Navigate to the Finances page.
- Below your account summary, select Full statement and payment history.

Accounts Belonging to Previously Enrolled Students
Accounts belonging to previously enrolled students (out-of-term accounts) with a balance receive paper billing statements in the mail. Statements are sent to the most recent address provided to PSU. If you are unable to access your student account because you are no longer a current student contact the Office of Information Technology. Payment in full is due on the 6th of each month on accounts not enrolled in current term courses. Interest is assessed on previously billed account balances at the rate of 12% per annum (0.03288% daily rate) on the 16th of every month on the outstanding balance. A $10 monthly account maintenance fee is also assessed on previously billed account balances.
If you have questions about specific charges and fines for parking, health insurance, housing, library, or campus rec, contact the department directly.
