Mechanical system design including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and energy efficient, sustainable buildings; Providing expertise on design strategies which reduce operational and maintenance costs and designs for LEED certification and Energy Trust of Oregon incentives; Design and analysis of commercial office buildings, laboratories, high-rise residential facilities, courthouses, hospitals, and school and university classroom buildings, among others; Energy modeling specifically using DOE2 and Trane software; Life cycle cost analysis and building commissioning.
