Summaries and Trends in Annual Health-Related Services Spending and Community Health Improvement Plan Progress Reports

This report aims to identify and evaluate spending and programmatic trends for two Oregon Health Plan-specific (OHP) population health initiatives by analyzing flex-fund spending data and annual reports on regional health plan implementation.
