Fletcher provides direction and support for the team at the Institute in their work to build long-term partnerships for a sustainable and just region. He's spent his entire career working on partnerships and programs that unlock the expertise and capacity of universities to support significant and durable progress on regional challenges. On a Saturday you can find him on a soccer field or someone where in the Oregon/Washington woods on a hike with his wife and two kids.
