Early Alerts: Student Communications

Outreach Student Receives when an Alert is Submitted

Students receive outreach based on the alert reason(s) given at the time of submission. We recommend trying to limit your alert reasons to one or two reasons as students receive a unique email for each reason. Submitting more than two alert reasons may flood a student's email.

Certain alert reasons will also trigger additional text or email outreach from the Office of Student Success's Progression Team or another appropriate unit on campus (e.g. Advising or Student Academic Support Services).

The emails students receive are displayed below, with each respective Alert Reason listed before the email text.
