Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) & Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP)

Graduate students who are residents of a participating state* for a minimum of one year immediately preceding their term of admission and are admitted to a participating graduate degree program** are eligible for WICHE/WRGP-related in-state tuition. To maintain eligibility, students must be in good academic standing and making satisfactory progress toward their degree. Students must apply for this benefit and be approved by the Graduate School in advance of the benefit terms. Completed application forms must be submitted to the Graduate School a minimum of four weeks before the beginning of the term the benefit is to start.
