Community Vaccine Clinic

PSU Native American Student and Community Center, 710 SW Jackson St, Portland, OR 97201 

Eligibility:

Open to ALL 12+ (The Pfizer vaccine is approved for anyone age 12 and older.) 

Cost:

The vaccine and the services we provide are free, and you will not be asked for any form of identification, health insurance, or proof of immigration status.

Parking:

Free parking is available in the area at PSU Shattuck Parking Lot, across the street from the Native American Student and Community Center. 

Transportation:

  • Tri-met Information: Nearby transit stops include the PSU South MAX stop (serving Green, Orange, and Yellow lines) and service on the 8 and 68 TriMet bus lines.
  • Uber/Lyft: You will be able to get a free ride with Uber or Lyft to get vaccinated. The program, a partnership with the White House, will run until July 4.
  • Lyft: Download the app or visit Lyft’s website for a  ride code click ‘get a ride.’ The code will cover trips up to $15 to and from a vaccination site. Hours will be 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Codes will be available until July 4
  • Uber: Uber is also offering rides up to 4 free rides, up to $25 each. Check their website to book a free ride.

Interpreter Request:

Interpreters can be requested through the registration form. There is a place to click a box indicating an interpreter is needed - or -  there is a phone line that will help folks register in a language other than English at which time someone can request an interpreter.
