In Workshop 1, ADHD Myth Busting, we will learn about what ADHD really is (and isn’t) and reflect on how truths and myths about ADHD affect ourselves and our relationships. In Workshop 2, Knowing Myself and Persevering, we discuss how ADHD affects motivation and learn ways to help ourselves emotionally as we pick ourselves up after each fall. In Workshop 3, Caring for Myself, we reflect on how people in our lives may affect our growth and well-being and learn how to care for ourselves physically and emotionally in life’s journey with ADHD.Wednesday, February 7th 3:30-4:45pm - ADHD Myth Busting - Zoom LinkWednesday, February 14th 3:30-4:45pm - Knowing Myself and Persevering - Zoom LinkWednesday, February 21st 3:30-4:45pm - Caring for Myself - Zoom Link health & wellness
