Yi-Wen Su, Ph.D., NCC, is an assistant professor in the Counselor Education Department at Portland State University. She received her Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision from The University of Florida in 2018, with a concentration in school counseling. She is a nationally-certified counselor and a licensed school counselor registered with the Iowa Board of Education. Dr. Su’s research interests include school counseling, bullying/cyberbullying prevention, mindfulness, and multicultural issues in the counseling field. Dr. Su has several publications published in the Professional School Counseling Journal, the Journal of Counselor Education and Supervision, the Journal of Humanistic Counseling, and other peer-reviewed journals. In addition, Dr. Su actively provides service to the counseling profession. She currently serves as a regional facilitator of International Students and Faculty Interest Network (ISFIN) at the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES).
