Catherine Nyhan-Baumann, LPC, LSC is the coordinator of the School Counseling for Post-Master's Students and is the School Counseling Internship Coordinator. Since 2007, she has taught a variety of courses in the Counselor Education program after completing the School Counseling Licensure-Only program herself in 2006. Since 1996, Catherine has worked as a counselor and therapist in some capacity working with children, adults and couples. Ms. Nyhan-Baumann completed her master's in Counseling Psychology at Antioch University in Seattle in 1999. Her interests include supporting children and young people's social emotional learning, counselor development and equitable, inclusive, and culturally responsive pedagogy & practices.
