About This Course

The HRCI’s Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR™) certification is the first-ever HR certification designed for professionals who are just beginning their HR career journey and is designed to provide professionals with the confidence to launch into the HR profession and help fast-track HR career growth. The aPHR™ exam does not require prior HR experience.

The PHR® certification is a great way to establish yourself in the HR field. It recognizes mastery of the technical and operational aspects of HR management, including U.S. laws and regulations. The PHR is for the HR professional who has experience with program implementation and has responsibilities that focus on the HR department.

CEPE’s online aPHR/PHR™ Exam Prep course is designed to successfully prepare students for the aPHR™ or PHR® exam. Each class block includes a live session with the instructor and is designed around active participation, coupled with a review of reading materials and quizzes to help understand and apply new topics.

Enrolling in the full certificate program allows for more comprehensive learning in regard to the management of human resources. Courses may be taken individually and in any order unless otherwise noted. Six courses are required to complete the certificate.
