About This Course

HR professionals need to understand the business in which they operate as a whole- both internal operations and the external environment- to contribute most effectively to organizational success. By developing their business acumen, HR professionals can better align their workforce planning and HR goals with the strategic direction and culture of the organization. This course further strengthens HR effectiveness by incorporating financial literacy, core business strategy concepts, KPI analysis, and evidence-based HR practices, enabling participants to make informed, data-driven decisions that advance organizational outcomes.
