About This Course

Today’s HR professional must have a functional understanding of the laws and regulations governing the employer-employee relationship. This course explores the important subjects of employee and labor relations, Equal Employment Opportunity, and job safety and health in a historical and legal context. It will help HR professionals and hiring managers provide effective solutions to encourage an inclusive company culture and a discrimination and harassment-free workplace. In addition, the course expands into workplace investigations, labor relations strategy, risk and crisis management, and compliance auditing, equipping students with the practical skills needed to navigate complex employee relations challenges and ensure organizational compliance.
